Emilien Moyon, PhD, is the Director of the Global Entertainment and Music Business Graduate Program at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain. Moyon founded Musaico Festival, Berklee Valencia's 1st Music Festival, Disrupción Records, Berklee Valencia's first Music Label and TEDxBerkleeValencia. He holds a PhD in Strategy for which he received the 2012 award for the best PhD dissertation in this field in France. His research focuses on Creative Entrepreneurship, Business Model Innovation and Strategies of Change in music and entertainment. His academic work was published in top academic journals (International Studies of Management, Organization and Management International, etc.), presented to international academic conferences (xDesign Harvard, The Academy of Management, Tokyo International Music Content Forum, etc.) and music conferences: SXSW, MIDEM, Sonàr, Primavera Sounds, etc.. Dr. Moyon also a co-founded of the Business Model Community, an academic community involving more than 250 researchers worldwide. . Outside of academia, his business experience encompasses marketing (RC Lens, Professional Football team) and technology startups.
